Banana Bread

It's been awhile since I baked something new. I've been baking the usual muffins and cookies for the boys but I wanted to try out other recipes. Last night, I noticed the bananas were ripe, and I decided to make banana bread for the first time. I'm so happy with the results! Nice and golden on the outside, moist and delectable on the inside. The aroma in the house was so inviting. Hubby gave it a 9 out of 10! Wow! He likes that it isn't too sweet. I should bake this more often! Once again, you can find this recipe at JoyofBaking.com website.

The boys have no school today so we're staying warm and cozy, and enjoying a carefree day! Happy Friday!

  1. I love banana bread! I have always been told that it's best to use overripe bananas, so when they have them at the grocery store, I buy them up and keep them in the freezer. I'm craving banana bread now...
