Life Goals

A few months ago, I read an article about a young widower, and his desire to keep his wife's memory alive by fulfilling her life goals. The story struck a chord with me ever since. I could relate to it simply because it shared some of my life goals - things I would like to do in my lifetime. Often, I would talk to my husband about what I want to do when the kids get older; and lost dreams that I would like to accomplish some day. Here's an example:

- Run a marathon.

- Go horseback riding.

- Learn and dance the tango in the streets of Buenos Aires.

- Learn to knit.

- Write a book.

- Do more traveling.

- Own a house by the lake.

What about you? Do you have a list of things you would like to do?

  4. Yes, I have a whole list of things I want to do.. First is to be an published author - to write a book which deeply inspired many.. Second is to learn how to ride a horse (it is kind of difficult to accomplish here in Singapore).. And last but not least is to buy a house and live with my love ones (which I just submit my application today)..
It is kind of triggering the fear in me because each time when applying to get a house, too many things will just happen and not to mention, my parents ended up getting a divorce after a successful application..
