What I Have to Do

It's mid-Janurary and I know I haven't posted in awhile.

I've had some health issues, and I've been focusing my time and energy on taking care of myself.

I didn't have much choice in the matter. I could sulk and be depressed, or I could do something about it.

I chose to be proactive in my health.

That meant a change in lifestyle, and making good food choices.

I now walk six days a week for 45-60 minutes.

And I exercise in all kinds of weather!

I've also changed my diet - I eat more vegetables, fruits, and protein and less carbohydrates and sweets.

I've lost fifteen pounds within two months!

The goal is to lose another fifteen; back to my weight when I was in my twenties!

Why make a new year's resolution when I already started last November?!

I have never been more focused and disciplined in my whole life.

I wake up every day, and I know exactly what I have to do.

Mr. O  noticed the amazing transformation both physically and mentally.

There are no ''ifs'' or 'buts''.

I make no excuses.

I only do.
