Welcome 2017!

Another year has come and gone. Goodbye 2016.

Welcome 2017!

And with that in mind, I hope you all have a wonderful, happy, healthy and prosperous New Year!

Here are some highlights from the holiday season:

J.P made a sock snowman at school. Perhaps, the last Christmas craft he'll ever make! This is definitely a keeper! A cute companion for Mr. Snow.

A few days after Christmas, we spent the day in downtown Toronto. We ventured in the PATH - a 72 km (6 miles) network of pedestrian tunnels beneath the downtown core. It is the world's largest shopping complex. It led us to Toronto CF Eaton Centre, where it displays Canada's largest Christmas tree. It stands 100 ft tall.

We took the boys to watch Star Wars Rogue One in 4DX - a high tech cinema experience with special effects that include chair motion and vibration, wind, water, strobe lighting, lightning and fog. It was a fun and enjoyable evening at the movies!

And the Christmas holidays isn't complete without baked cookies! Here's the batch I made this year!

Hope you all had a memorable holiday with your loved ones!
